Man Took Pictures in Bathroom of Fort Worth Walmart, Police Say

A Fort Worth man was arrested Wednesday evening after allegedly taking inappropriate photos in a Walmart bathroom.Police say Shane Eric Hughes, 44, was using his cellphone to take the photos at the Walmart on Clifford Street near Loop 820 in Fort Worth.Hughes was charged with improper visual recording in a bathroom.He was found competent to stand trial for a November 2000 criminal trespass case, but found incompetent in 2008 to stand trial for a July 2005 incident in which he was accused of indecency.Hughes remained in the Tarrant County jail Thursday afternoon with bail set at $10,000.  Continue reading...
