Man Shot Twice in the Leg After Argument at Fort Worth Apartments

Police are investigating after a man was shot in west Fort Worth on Monday morning.Officers were called to the Sierra Vista Apartments in the 2800 block of Las Vegas Trail, near Calmont Avenue, around 11 a.m. after a man reported that he had been shot, police said. Neighbors also called in to report hearing gunshots from the apartment after an argument. The victim, who had been shot twice in the leg, was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital, police said.
