Man Shot Through Motel Room Window in Dallas

A 31-year-old man was shot early Wednesday at a Far East Dallas motel, police said. Officers responded to a shooting call at 2:16 a.m. at 12670 Northwest Highway, near I-635, according to the police report. The victim said he and another person were inside his hotel room at The Executive Inn when someone fired a handgun through the room window, striking the victim on the right side of his chest. The victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. His name was not released. The suspect is still at large, and the investigation is ongoing.  Continue reading...
