Man Shot Dead at East Oak Cliff Motel

Dallas police are investigating a fatal shooting at an East Oak Cliff motel Thursday.Gregory Wallace, 33, was found dead in a motel room in the 100 block of West Overton Road, near Interstate 35E, around 12:30 p.m. His green 2001 Honda Civic with a temporary Texas paper tag 746 681 is missing, police said.Anyone with information should contact Detective Brian Tabor at 214-671-3605 or brian.tabor@dpd.ci.dallas.tx.us.People who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 214-373-8477.
