Man Said to Be Armed Shot by Officer Serving Warrant in Northwest Dallas

A Dallas police officer was involved in a shooting Thursday night while attempting to serve a narcotics warrant in northwest Dallas.Officers were serving the warrant about 8:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Clydedale Drive, near Storey Lane. When they went into the home, they were confronted by an armed man, Deputy Chief Thomas Castro said.
