A man was transported to the hospital Sunday evening after he crashed into a tree in Far North Dallas.Authorities say the man drove head on into the tree about 9:30 p.m. in the 6300 block of Spring Valley Road near Hughes Lane.The driver was taken to a nearby hospital in an unknown condition.No further information was made available.
