Dallas police are looking for a man who they say is a danger to himself. Juan Quiroz, 25, was last seen Monday evening walking in Northwest Dallas in the 10200 block of Harry Hines Boulevard, near Storey Lane. He threatened to harm himself, Dallas police said. Police described Quiroz as a Hispanic man who is 5-10, 190 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue shirt, black sweater and green pants.
