A man was shot to death Thursday night at an apartment complex in Far North Dallas, police said.Officers arrived just after midnight to the Preston Valley Apartments in the 5600 block of Spring Valley Road, according to KTVT-TV (Channel 11), where they found the 37-year-old victim shot.He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.Police took one person of interest in custody, officials said.
