Man in Custody After SWAT Standoff at Denton Apartment Complex

A man was taken into custody Monday evening after a domestic disturbance call at a Denton apartment complex led to a SWAT standoff, police said. Denton police were dispatched about 1:45 p.m. to a domestic disturbance call in the 3200 block of Wagon Trail Drive.After about an hour, SWAT was called to the scene, police said. The SWAT team found a man with a rifle inside an apartment unit. The man was detained. It is unclear whether anyone else is inside, police said.
