Officers captured a man who was high from inhaling dust remover screaming and running in a Wal-Mart parking lot last week, Denton police said. The 31-year-old was arrested Friday in the 2700 block of West University Drive, east of Interstate 35, according to a police report obtained by The Denton Record-Chronicle. He was charged with non-alcohol public intoxication and possession or use of a volatile chemical. Authorities have not yet responded with request for additional details, including the man's name.
