Man Found Shot to Death in Front Yard of Red Bird Home

Dallas police are investigating after a man was found shot to death in the front yard of a Red Bird home Friday morning.Erick Duane Franklin, 35, was found in the 5100 block of Clubview Drive, near Brook Valley Lane, about 7:40 a.m. He had been shot multiple times, police said.Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Detective Brent Maudlin at 214-671-3676 or brent.maudlin@dpd.ci.dallas.tx.us and reference case No. 292810-2016.People who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 214-373-8477.
