Man Faces Animal Cruelty Charges After Dog Found on Southeastern Dallas Road

Cameras installed to capture illegal dog dumping in southeastern Dallas led to the arrest of a 62-year-old man who is accused of abandoning a 1-year-old female dog.This was the first time the cameras captured an incident of alleged animal cruelty that has led to an arrest, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals wrote in a Facebook post.
