A man has been arrested on a capital murder charge in connection with the death of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes, who was killed Dec. 30 in Houston when a gunman opened fire into a vehicle she and her family were riding in.After nearly a week of investigating, the Harris County Sheriff's Office announced the charge early Sunday morning against 20-year-old Eric Black Jr. He is being held in the Harris County Jail.Black admitted to authorities that he had a part in the shooting after a tip led investigators to identify him as a suspect.
