Man Arrested After Jeep Crashes Into Oak Cliff Creek

A motorist was taken into custody after his Jeep ended up in an Oak Cliff creek Wednesday night.Dallas police and fire crews were called to West Kiest Boulevard and South Hampton Road around 11:45 p.m. after a Jeep rolled over a bridge railing and into the creek below.By the time rescuers arrived, the man driving the Jeep had already exited the vehicle safely.The driver was arrested after a witness told officers he lost control of the car while fleeing the scene of another crash, KDFW-TV (Channel 4) reports.Police said he could face hit-and-run or driving while intoxicated charges.  Continue reading...
