MADD Backs Recommendation to Lower Limit It Takes for Drivers to Be Considered Drunk

A group of scientists urging states to lower the drunken driving threshold has the support of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.The panel, commissioned by the U.S. government, recommended that states lower the blood alcohol concentration threshold from 0.08 to 0.05.
