Rep. Joe Barton is meeting his constituents in Mansfield.It's his second town hall meeting of the week. On Tuesday he met with about 50 people in Corsicana.Like previous town hall meetings featuring Republican lawmakers, GOP efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act is expected to be the main topic of conversation.
