Liquor Store Thief Hid Hennessy Bottle Under Child He Was Holding, Kaufman Police Say

Kaufman police are looking for two theft suspects with an unwitting accomplice: a little girl.The man and woman entered the Crossroads Liquor store Friday, and the woman distracted the store clerk.The man grabbed a bottle of Hennessy cognac, hid it under a girl he was holding and walked out, the Kaufman Police Department said on Facebook.Police released a surveillance image of the man and the vehicle the couple was driving: a white Ford Expedition with chrome wheels.Anyone with information about the crime can call police at 972-932-3094 or Crime Stoppers at 1-877-TIPS-KCC.  Continue reading...
