Legacy West Condo Tower Tops Out Construction With Opening Late This Year

Developers have topped out construction on Plano's tallest condominium project.The 27-story Windrose Tower is part of the $3 billion Legacy West development at the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121 in West Plano.The luxury high-rise with 99 units is 65 percent sold as builder finish the top floor.The first residents will move into the tower late this year.The building started construction in mid 2017."This is truly a milestone celebration for all of us involved with Windrose Tower," said project developer Jim Duggan. "We look forward to delivering an iconic address to our homeowners, with our first residents moving in later this year."Windrose Tower will be the sole residential condominium tower in Legacy West, one of the best master-planned communities in the U.S."Designed by GDA Architects, the building has units starting at more than 1,850 square feet and priced at just over $1 million and up.Windrose Tower is one of two residential high-rises under construction in Legacy West.Right next door builders are finishing construction on the 29-story LVL 29 apartment tower.LVL 29 with 328 units will start moving its first renters in this summer.The two residential buildings are the most visible elements of Legacy West, which stretches along the west side of the tollway.
