AUSTIN -- Gov. Greg Abbott will deliver his assessment of the state's well-being and lay out his priorities for the ongoing legislative session in his State of the State address this morning.Abbott and his aides have been tight-lipped about the contents of Abbott's annual address, but most expect the governor to focus on immigration, child protective services and education. Lawmakers will also be listening for his guidance on one of the most controversial issues of the legislative session so far, the so-called bathroom bill, a priority of Lt. Gov.
