Law Firm Relocates to Harwood District North of Downtown Dallas

An Uptown Dallas law firm is moving its offices to the Harwood District north of downtown.Gardner Haas PLLC has rented 7,000 square feet from Harwood International in the Saint Ann Court tower at Olive Street and Harry Hines Boulevard.The arbitration and business litigation firm is moving from the Quadrangle project near Turtle Creek."Gardner Haas is one of Dallas' fastest growing law firms," Harwood International's Kelly Whaley said in a statement. "The partnership is a natural fit and we're pleased with Gardner Haas' decision to choose Harwood and look forward to their continued growth."Whaley and Harwood's Hannah Waldmann negotiated the new lease with Travis Booth and Mike Wyatt of Cushman & Wakefield.Gardner Haas will join Boston Consulting Group - which recently extended its lease - in the 27-story Saint Ann Court tower.  Continue reading...
