Landmark West End Factory Gets Reboot as Dallas' Newest Office Address

Dallas' newest office address started life as a cookie factory.It's now one of the most innovative workspaces on the market downtown.More than two years after buying the vacant West End Marketplace building on the northwest side of downtown, developer Granite Properties is finishing up a more than $27 million conversion of the building into first class office space.With eight floors of one-of-a-kind working environments, the historic building has been renamed Factory Six03.The first tenant - Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas - has already moved in."For the most part we are done," said Granite Properties' development manager Aaron Bidne.
