A juvenile suspect is in custody after police say he and another teenager kidnapped a man and woman from their northwest Dallas apartment, shooting one one of them and raping the other. Dallas police are asking for help identifying the second suspect, who is described as a black male with a dark complexion, short black hair and a stocky build.
