A judge reduced the bond Monday for Sini Mathews, the mother of a 3-year-old girl found dead in a culvert last month. The judge to reduced her bail to $100,000. If she posts bond, she will be free pending trial for child endangerment or abandonment. But she will remain on house arrest and wear an ankle monitor.
