"Affluenza teen" Ethan Couch has been free of his ankle monitor since Monday thanks to a judge's order.KXAS-TV (Channel 5) cited Tarrant County court documents in saying Couch's ankle monitor was removed almost a year after he was released from prison in April.The ankle monitor was equipped with a GPS, which enforced a 9 p.m. curfew.Couch, now 21, made national headlines in 2013 after he received 10 years' probation and no prison time after he killed four people in a drunken-driving crash: disabled motorist Breanne Mitchell, 24, and Brian Jennings, 41; Hollie Boyles, 52; and Shelby Boyles, 21, who had stopped to help Mitchell.
