It's no accident that The Dallas Morning News is hosting its first Collin County event for subscribers at Legacy Hall, Plano's 55,000-square-foot foodie destination at the southwest corner of the Sam Rayburn Tollway and the Dallas North Tollway.The food hall — which opened in December 2017 — marks a new kind of Collin County experience.
