In case there were any doubt, he's definitely not. The killings in California's Bay Area began in 1968, two years before he was born. But the Texas Republican and his Nebraska colleague are still having fun with the conspiracy theory. On Tuesday, Republican Sen. Ben Sasse tweeted a photo of a crossword someone slid under his door.
