Investors Pump $16 Million Into New Mixed-use Project Near Galleria

Two out-of-state investors are teaming up with Irving-based apartment builder JPI to develop a mixed-use project near the Galleria Dallas mall.Buchanan Street Partners and CarVal Investors or putting $16 million in funds for the first phase of the new Alpha West development in Farmers Branch.JPI is building a 409-unit, $74 million rental community in the project at the southwest corner of Inwood and Alpha roads.
