Investor Snaps Up Lewisville Apartment Development

A Dallas investor has purchased a year-old Lewisville rental community.Lantower Residential bought the Legacy Lakes apartments, a 301-unit community located near the Sam Rayburn Tollway.The project was built in 2016 by Alliance Residential and is near the Castle Hills development.The apartment community at 2600 Lake Ridge Road is west of the Legacy West development and the Dallas North Tollway."We selected Lantower Legacy Lakes due to its institutional product quality and location while enabling us to grow our exposure in the dynamic Legacy submarket of north Dallas," Lantower COO Philippe Lapointe said in a statement.
