A former Dallas County inmate was arrested again last week after he sent graphic letters to a child who had a protective order against him, detailing how he missed having sex with her, Dallas police said.Robert Lee Harris, 38, was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and booked into the Dallas County Jail Thursday.Harris had not previously been accused of sexually assaulting the child.
