I Brought Charges Against John Wiley Price and I Still Believe in the U.S. Justice System

It will likely come as no surprise to anyone that, to a prosecutor, it does not feel like justice has been done when an acquittal occurs or when a jury is hung. I do not intend to debate the partial verdict in the John Wiley Price case, rendered on an indictment which was returned by the grand jury under my name as U.S. attorney shortly before my departure to Washington to serve as director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  Continue reading...
