Hundreds of Carroll ISD Students Stage Walkout Against Gun Violence

Students at Southlake Carroll High School and three other Carroll ISD school campuses staged a walkout Thursday to protest gun violence, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.The walkout began at 10 a.m. and lasted about 17 minutes in memory of the 17 individuals who died in a shooting at a Florida high school last month, according to the Star-Telegram.Students gathered outside or in school gyms, carrying signs with photos of the victims.
