Huge NTT Data Lease Should End Any Doubts About the J.C. Penney Campus Redo

Any naysayers who raised eyebrows about Sam Ware's purchase of the old J.C.Penney headquarters in Plano aren't saying much this week.That's because Ware just signed a 232,000-square-foot lease for about 40 percent of the vacant office space in the huge Legacy business park building.Constructed in the 1990s, the 1.8 million-square-foot department store headquarters has been a lonely place since Penney downsized into just a portion of the sprawling building.  Continue reading...
