Huge Legacy Business Park Office Block in Plano Up for Grabs

A tech firm office campus in Plano's booming Legacy business park is seeking new tenants.Sweden-based telecom firm Ericsson built the 2-building, more than 266,000-square-foot office center about five years ago on Tennyson Parkway.The buildings housed operations for Ericsson's North American headquarters.But with recent cutbacks, the company is looking to sublease the space to other businesses.Commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the Ericsson property - along with another large Legacy office center.  Continue reading...
