This year's flu season is horrible, perhaps even the worst ever. We talked with experts and gathered information on ways to lessen the chances of getting sick and how to mitigate the flu's effects if you do get it. Get a flu shot.That's the No. 1 way to keep from getting the flu, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Stop kicking yourself for not getting one sooner and just do it.
