A Houston driver may have found the solution to traffic disagreements everywhere: rock-paper-scissors.Marcos Sanchez was driving in Houston's heavy traffic on Interstate 45 when he noticed another driver was trying to move into his lane, and no one would let him in."So I decided to give another challenge before I let him go by," Sanchez told KTRK-TV.Sanchez challenged the fellow driver to a rock-paper-scissors match."You trying to get in?
