High Tech Firm Heads for Plano's Legacy Business Park

A new West Plano office project has landed its first major tenant.High tech firm BroadSoft has rented an entire floor in Stream Realty Partners' new Platinum Park building in Legacy business park.The 166,324-square-foot building is at 6000 Tennyson Parkway, south of the huge Legacy West development.Maryland-based BroadSoft is leasing 35,736 square feet in the Platinum Park building. The company is shifting the operation from Richardson."We are thrilled to have BroadSoft as our first tenant at Platinum Park," Stream's Matt Wieser said in a statement. "We just completed our amenity package which includes a fitness center, tenant lounge, and conference facility in the building."These amenities were instrumental in BroadSoft's decision to move to Platinum Park." Stream's Wieser and Ryan Evanich negotiated the lease with Granville Jenkins with Swearingen.
