High-speed Chase Reaches 95 Mph Through Six Cities in Tarrant County

A man led police on a chase through six cities in Tarrant County and wound up in the hospital after he crashed into a wall Tuesday morning.The chase started when he didn't cooperate at a traffic stop around 3 a.m. after Bedford police clocked him at 74 mph in a 30-mph zone.The driver took police down Bedford Road and Davis Boulevard at speeds as high as 95 mph, police said. The chase traveled through Hurst, North Richland Hills, Watauga, Keller and Westlake near Davis Boulevard and State Highway 114, where the driver crashed into a wall.He was taken to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine with symptoms of a concussion, police said.  Continue reading...
