Former President George W. Bush will be signing his new book next month at a Dallas bookstore. The book, Portraits of Courage: A Commander in Chief's Tribute to America's Warriors, is a collection of his portraits of veterans and their stories. It comes out Feb. 28, from Crown. Bush will be signing the book March 4 at Barnes & Noble, 7700 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas. Would-be buyers will need a wristband to secure a place in line. The bands will be available for purchase starting 9 a.m. Feb. 25 at the store, a Barnes & Noble press release said. Customers may purchase up to three copies of the book. A wristband and receipt, showing proof of purchase, are required for the admittance to the book signing.Proceeds of the book benefit the George W. Bush Presidential Center and its Military Service Initiative.Since leaving the White House, Bush has poured himself into his art. In a 2014 interview, he said that even he was surprised at where it had taken him: "I've always been a slightly confident person.
