Dallas-Fort Worth has been lucky this month.North Texas is typically sweltering by July, but high temperatures have been below normal. The average high temperature this month in Dallas-Fort Worth through Wednesday has been 94 degrees, according to the National Weather Service — 1.6 degrees below average.
