Thunderstorms are likely to continue moving through the Dallas area through much of Thursday morning, bringing threats of heavy downpours and possible flooding.The Dallas area can expect a break in the rain about midday, but storms could re-emerge, KXAS-TV (NBC5) meteorologist Grant Johnston said.The rain's impact was already felt in Grayson County, where some areas had reported more than 4 inches of rain and a flash flood warning had been issued.Some flights were being affected at D/FW International Airport, where the Federal Aviation Administration was managing air traffic in consideration of the weather conditions.A flood advisory also has been posted for Denton County until 8:30 a.m.The storms were also hitting Rockwall and Kaufman counties hard about 6:45 a.m.Accidents were being reported in Arlington and other areas cities, though authorities had not yet officially blamed any of those on slick roads.
