Harvey's Furry, Feathered Evacuees Find Home in Reunion Arena's Garage

The old Reunion Arena parking garage isn't the prettiest site for a shelter. Most of its tall, thin windows have been shattered. He comes every day to spend an hour or two with his new best friend."I don't know much about him," the 64-year-old retired offshore worker says in a gruff voice as a small black and brown dog nips at his feet.
