A man was arrested after police say he threatened to shoot up a Walmart in South Texas early Saturday morning, Harlingen police said.Police received reports of an imminent threat to a Walmart in Harlingen just before 4 a.m. Saturday. Investigators found the suspect at a home and placed him under arrest on a charge of making a terroristic threat. His name was not released, pending his arraignment.This is the second person arrested in connections to online threats against a Texas Walmart since the El Paso Walmart shooting that left 22 people dead last weekend.
