Barry E. Davis has been with Dallas-based EnLink Midstream from the start. He founded its predecessor company, Crosstex Energy, in 1996. And he guided it through the multibillion-dollar merger that created EnLink in 2014.When Davis stepped down as CEO a year and a half ago, he moved to the company's board. Davis, 57, returned to the helm of the pipeline and energy services company this week amid a fresh wave of challenges for the energy sector.
