Graham-Cassidy Would Be an Unmitigated Health Care Disaster

The Affordable Care Act was no perfect solution for health care in this country, but it has expanded health care to millions and begun to slow the rise of health care costs. Of course, slowing the rise of health care costs and actually containing them at affordable levels are two different things. This country still has much work to do to ensure affordable and accessible health care.However, a measure crafted by Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Bill Cassidy, R-La., is an unmitigated disaster.
