The Dallas Morning News is kicking off its annual Community Voices program, and if you answered yes to those questions, and you live in North Texas, you meet the criteria.Each year the editorial board selects a group of readers to become volunteer opinion writers. Throughout the year we offer group meetings and individual support to help the Community Voices writers develop their opinions into publishable columns.
