GM Supplier Doubling Space in Grand Prairie and Other Top D-FW Commercial Real Estate Deals

SalesFlex-N-Gate Corp., a large GM supplier, has purchased an industrial building totaling 430,188 square feet on 20.7 acres in Grand Prairie from Mohr Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm headquartered in Dallas. Gary Horn with Mohr Capital oversaw the development and sale. Flex-N-Gate is relocating its operations to the building at 1950 Bardin Road. Horn said the move is to accommodate growth. Flex-N-Gate Texas currently leases 186,344 square feet of industrial space at 2400 Centennial Drive in ArlingtonOlympus Property has purchased Boulevard at Frisco Square, a 282-unit apartment community in the Frisco Square development on Frisco's Main Street near the Dallas North Tollway. Built in 2009, the project will be renamed Olympus Boulevard. The Fort Worth-based investor bought the multifamily project for its seventh investment fund, WW Olympus Property VII LLC.Irving-based Realty Capital Management sold 1.47 acres to Southlake Neurology & Sleep Wellness Clinic located at 175 Stonebridge Lane in Southlake. The buyer plans to construct a 9,900-square foot medical office building. Mark Boone with Realty Capital Management brokered the sale with Paul Blight with Glacier Commercial.Centergy Retail has purchased eight acres for future retail development at the southwest corner of Coit Road and Main Street in Frisco. Pat Patman of Patman Realty Co. and Charlie McKissick of RES negotiated the sale.An investor purchased a 4,331-square foot retail service property at 4331 Kelly Elliott Road in Arlington. Marcus & Millichap's Chris Adams brokered the sale.An out-of-state investor purchased the Xplor Preschool building at 4660 FM 2281 in Lewisville. Anthony Pucciarello of Strive Real Estate brokered the sale.LeasesFreeman Audio Visual Solutions has moved into a new 201,172-square-foot office and warehouse building at 3801 Adler Rd.in I-30 Business Park in Dallas. Trammell Crow build the office/warehouse project which was designed Alliance Architects Inc. FCL Builders was the general contractor.Rover Petroleum, a newly established oil and gas company headquartered in North Dallas, leased the entire third floor of the Dominion Plaza, 17304 Preston Road, totaling 19,996-square foot expansion for the company. Grant Pruitt, Evan Hammer, and Kate Whalen of Whitebox Real Estate negotiated the lease with Trevor Franke and Gini Dibrell of Peloton Commercial Real Estate.American National Bank and Steward Energy have leased more than 19,000 square feet of office space in the Frisco Bridges building on the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco. Mark Lewis and Sayres Heady of Randy Heady & Co. negotiated the lease with Charlie Beck and Crib Altman of Cushman and Wakefield.Sophia Salon Suites & Spa leased 6,211 square feet of retail space at 15340 Dallas Pkwy in Dallas.
