Garland Man Killed After Running Red Light in Far Northeast Dallas

A 44-year-old Garland man was killed Saturday morning in a two-car crash in far northeast Dallas, police said.Gregorio Gonzalez Oviedo was driving west on the LBJ Freeway service road about 6:15 a.m. when witnesses say his speeding car entered the Miller Road intersection after the light turned red, police said. His Saturn was struck by a pickup driving north on Miller Road. The pickup driver was checked for injuries by Dallas Fire Rescue and released at the scene.   Continue reading...
