Garland Family Thought 4-year-old Had Cold Before Her Sudden Death From Flu, Pneumonia

A North Texas family is mourning the sudden death of their 4-year-old daughter after she died of the flu and pneumonia last week.Dallas County officials said the girl was the first pediatric patient to die of the flu in the 2018-19 flu season. KTVT-TV (Channel 11) identified the child as Ashanti Grinich of Garland. She was the seventh person to die of the flu in Dallas County this season.  Continue reading...
