Frisco's Wade Park Project Dodges Tuesday Foreclosure Sale

Two lenders apparently didn't make good on their threats to foreclose Tuesday on Frisco's $2 billion Wade Park development.Last month lenders who provided more than $130 million in loans for the huge mixed-use project declared the developer in default and scheduled a forced sale on March 6 to repay the debt.But New York-based Gamma Real Estate and Bamcap Partners of Farmers Branch didn't go through with the planned Tuesday foreclosure sale, according to officials with Foreclosure Listing Service, which tracks these kinds of sales."It does not look like Wade Park showed up to auction," Foreclosure Listing Service's Curtis Roddy said.  Continue reading...
