Frisco Tops Out Construction on Its Tallest Office Tower

Frisco's tallest new office building is headed toward a finish.Developer Hall Group said Thursday that it's topped out construction on the 12-story 3201 Dallas Parkway tower.The 300,000-square-foot high-rise is the 17th building in the developer's Hall Park office development on the Dallas North Tollway and Gaylord Parkway.The new office project is scheduled to open in December."Craig Hall began construction on the first building at Hall Park in 1997, when there wasn't even a paved road into the property," Travis Jeakins, Hall Group's Vice President of Development, said in a statement. "Today, we are topping out our 17th building, which will bring the park to 2.5 million square feet of office space and stand as the tallest office building in Frisco."Hall Group's new office tower will be second in height in Frisco only to the new Omni Hotel at the Dallas Cowboy's Star complex. The Omni has 16 floors.Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and apartment builder Columbus Realty are planning an apartment tower at the Star that would have 17 floors.Austin Commercial is the general contractor for Hall's office tower which was designed by HKS.  Continue reading...
